The location was perfect, with an array of restaurants, the beautiful River Avon, and various attractions all within close proximity. The house itself was modern and lovely, with a quirky layout spread over three levels. The main bathroom was particularly nice, and we found that most of the amenities we needed were available. The parking outside the property was excellent, and the clear instructions provided made accessing the house a breeze. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge, which was a thoughtful touch.

The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the host's excellent communication before and during our stay, providing us with helpful check-in and departure instructions. the villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.

No 🚗parking available on-site, but the free car parking permit provided was very convenient. The bathrooms were modern but narrow.

I recently stayed at Shakespeare House in Stratford-upon-Avon for a theatre trip with my family. It was a perfect location, just a two-minute walk to the shops and less than ten minutes to the theatre and gardens. The house itself was beautiful, with a quirky and unique decor. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the sunny breakfast room and patio, as well as the small games room in the cellar. The host was extremely helpful and even provided us with late check-out and extended car parking. a fantastic stay!

The parking permit provided was incredibly helpful, allowing us to park just outside the accommodation.- The host was extremely accessible, helpful, and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The cleanliness of the accommodation could have been better, with some areas being dusty and the fan being dirty. The stairs to the second floor were narrow and steep, which could be difficult for older or larger people.

We got great value for our money and the room was perfect - comfortable bed and lovely decor. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the center and the theater. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at Shakespeare House Town Centre Free Parking Villa was absolutely wonderful. We were delighted by the lovely house and its close proximity to Stratford centre. The bathroom was impressive and the bedrooms were comfortable. We also appreciated the bonus of having parking available. Additionally, Daran, the host, was prompt in responding to our questions. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this accommodation.

There were a few small issues that could be improved. The toilet seat in the ensuite didn't fit properly and kept falling down.
